Did you intend to make an important comment on the Draft Appraisal and Management Plan, but somehow never got around to it? The period of official public consultation closed on 17 April. But don’t let this deter you from making your comment. It may be rejected as out of time, or it may be accepted.

Kevin White, the Conservation Officer, will create a revised draft for the Council’s Cabinet to approve.
The procedure for a new Article 4 Direction is somewhat different. The current consultation is only informal. The Council will make an Article 4 Direction and then there is an Official Consultation Period. But don’t hold your breath, if you are expecting any changes to come from the consultation.
If you have made a submission, it would be helpful to send a copy of your submission to the HCERA mailbox.
