We have received some excellent preliminary ‘mock-ups’ for the memorial information board to remember the WW1 Swaythling Remount Depot. After getting thoughts and feedback to help work out which elements should be used, work will continue so that mock-ups are turned into a ‘proper’ design. The plan is for the memorial to go on the grass verge in Bassett Green Road. Email us, if you want to get involved.
