When trying to connect to the HCERA website, you may have been unable to do so, or perhaps got a strange message “This is the placeholder…”. This was because your browser was trying to use the secure protocol HTTPS and not using http://www.herbertcollins.co.uk.
We have now changed to
https://www.herbertcollins.co.uk but as the old template was giving errors, a new template has been used as a quick fix. There is some work still to do. Please email if you are finding problems.
