At the end of August, we were sorry to learn that because of other commitments, Tim Williams was unable to continue as a director of Herbert Collins Estate Limited. Tim had taken on the task of preparing and sending out the ground rent invoices this year. After his resignation, he continued to oversee the collection of ground rents until this was nearly completed at the beginning of December.
Under the Articles of Association, the period of office for a director is three years but may be reappointed. John Dixon was appointed shortly after the company was incorporated on 9th October 2017. He decided not to seek a third period as a director. We thank for his tremendous enthusiasm and hard work. We are however not losing him altogether as he is keen to press forward with a survey of the Estate. This will form a useful reference, against which to judge changes.
